1. Overview
AstroTherapy provides digital services only — astrology and numerology consultations conducted via video conferencing, with a written consultation summary delivered electronically after each session. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.
This policy is published to satisfy payment gateway and regulatory requirements regarding delivery and return terms for online merchants.

2. Service Delivery — Consultations
2.1 Delivery Method
All consultations are conducted live via Google Meet. The session link is sent to your registered email address once you submit your birth details after payment.
2.2 Delivery Timeline

2.3 Delivery Format
The written consultation summary is delivered electronically by email — either inline in the email body or as an attached document. No physical copies are mailed.
3. No Physical Shipping
AstroTherapy does not ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, no physical delivery addresses required, and no courier or postal services involved.
All service deliverables (session links and consultation summaries) are transmitted electronically via email.
4. Returns
4.1 Digital Services — No Returns
Since all AstroTherapy services are digital and custom-generated using your personal birth data, the concept of "return" does not apply.
- A completed consultation session cannot be "returned."
- A delivered consultation summary, generated specifically for you, cannot be "returned" or "exchanged."
4.2 Refunds in Lieu of Returns
If you are eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, the refund is processed to your original payment method. There is no physical item to return.
4.3 Defective Delivery
If your consultation summary contains errors attributable to AstroTherapy (e.g., wrong birth data used despite correct data provided by you), we will correct and re-issue the summary at no additional cost.
5. Failed Delivery
If you do not receive a deliverable within the stated timeline:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Ensure your registered email address is correct (contact us to verify)

We will re-send the deliverable to your confirmed email address. If delivery failure is caused by an incorrect email address provided by you, we are not responsible for the delay, but will re-send upon receiving the corrected address.
6. Currency and Billing
All services are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable GST (18%).
International users may see additional currency conversion charges from their bank or payment provider. AstroTherapy is not responsible for any such charges.
