Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy applies to all consultation and report services booked through the AstroTherapy website (www.astrotherapy.com) or by direct booking with Shweta Naisar Kothari, sole proprietor of AstroTherapy (GSTIN: 27BBEPC0300H1ZH).
2. Consultation Cancellations — By You
2.1 Cancellation Windows

2.2 How to Cancel
Submit your cancellation request via:
- Email: contact@astrotherapy.com (for routine cancellation/reschedule); grievance@astrotherapy.com (if you're escalating a dispute)

Include your full name, booking date, and consultation type. Cancellation is effective from the time we receive and acknowledge your request (not from the time you send it, if sent outside business hours).
3. Rescheduling (Alternative to Cancellation)
If you wish to change the date or time of your consultation rather than cancel:
- Reschedule requests made 24+ hours in advance: Accepted at no charge. The rescheduled session must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date.
- Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours in advance: Accepted on a best-effort basis, subject to Dr. Shweta Kothari's availability.
- Maximum reschedules per booking: Two. After two reschedules of the same booking, the next change will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation terms will apply.
4. No-Show
If you do not attend a confirmed consultation and have not cancelled or requested a reschedule in advance:
- First no-show: One complimentary reschedule. Contact us within 48 hours of the missed session to rebook. The rescheduled session must occur within 30 days of the original booking.
- Second or subsequent no-show: The consultation fee is forfeited in full. No refund or reschedule will be provided.
5. Cancellations by AstroTherapy
In the rare event that AstroTherapy must cancel a scheduled consultation (due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances):
- We will notify you as early as possible via email and/or phone.
- You will be offered either:
- A rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time, OR
- A full refund
AstroTherapy-initiated cancellations carry no penalty or fee for you.
6. Subscription and Recurring Services
AstroTherapy does not currently offer subscription-based or recurring billing services. All bookings are one-time transactions. This section will be updated if subscription services are introduced in the future.
